HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
All orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours after confirming your order. Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be shipped same day. Deliveries can take up to 7 days.The delivery times provided during checkout are mainly estimates as most delivery service times are not guaranteed by the mail provider. Despite our best efforts we cannot control delivery times once an order has been shipped.Your satisfaction is paramount and as such we are here to help with any delivery issues you encounter. You can be assured we will always work to resolve delivery issues promptly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible. Please order with peace of mind that we will do whatever it takes to ensure you get your order quickly and efficiently. WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN THE POST?
All of our shipments are fully tracked. If for some reason a package gets lost, we will cover the cost and send you a replacement.
HOW DO I KNOW IF IT IS SAFE FOR MY DOG?
Our products made from human-grade ingredients. The are safe for most breeds and most ages. Please pay attention to suitability and the feeding guides on the products label.
WHEN WILL I SEE IMPROVEMENTS IN MY PET?
It varies from pet to pet. Some dogs see results within 6 days, but it depends on the severity of the issue, as well as the dogs size. Always allow at least 4-6 weeks to see results. If you have any more questions in regards to this please get in touch.
